dumbdumb.studio is operated out of Toronto, Ontario. The legal seller of record is dumbdumb (sole proprietorship). Contact: hi@dumbdumb.studio.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax (HST in Ontario, GST/PST as applicable elsewhere in Canada, no tax on international orders) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. Accepted methods include credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. We never see or store full card numbers.

An order is confirmed once the payment authorization clears and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, a price was listed in error, or fraud is suspected.

Domestic Canadian orders: typically Canada Post, 3-7 business days after dispatch.

US orders: typically 7-14 business days. Customs duty may apply at delivery; the customer is responsible for any import fees.

International orders outside Canada/US: please contact us before ordering so we can quote shipping accurately. International shipping is offered case-by-case.

Local pickup at our future Ossington location is offered as a free option at checkout for selected products. Until the storefront is open, pickup is by appointment only.

Return window: 14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of fragrance and pet hair, with any original tags. Email hi@dumbdumb.studio first to start a return — we will reply with instructions.

Return shipping: paid by the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error. Refunds issue to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Exchanges: due to small batch sizes, exchanges are handled as a return + a new order. We are happy to hold a replacement for you while the return is in transit.

Final sale items are clearly marked at checkout and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless defective.

If your tote arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace, repair, or refund. We cover return shipping in these cases.

To the extent permitted by Ontario law, dumbdumb.studio's total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We make no warranty beyond what is required by Canadian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in Toronto, Ontario.

We will not change the terms of an order you've already placed. New terms apply only to orders placed after the update date.
